LiveFit Boot Camp is personal training in a small group setting. Lets be honest, all of us would work one on one with a trainer if we could. Sadly, most of us simply can’t afford one on one personal training. This is where LiveFit Boot Camp steps in. Our personal trainers go through extensive training to learn how to work with clients of all shapes, sizes, and ability levels. One Size Fits All is not something you will ever see in our group personal training boot camps. We all have specific needs, and goals, and what works for one person might not work for the next. Our trainers will take any exercise and modify it to make it work for you, and regardless if you are a fitness enthusiast or a new comer…we will find the appropriate modification for your current fitness level. Since we are able to accommodate such wide range of conditions, we can train people in small groups and keep cost down very low.
Many times people feel like they have injuries or other conditions that might limit them from participating in a personal training or fitness program, but that’s not the case with LiveFit. Our Trainers have worked with people with a wide range of injuries/needs. Regardless if you have knee pain, back pain, or any other physical conditions…we can modify exercises to work for you.
LiveFit’s personal training involves a variety of methods that modify exercises based on specific needs. They might limited range of motion if you have a knee injury, or suggest little to no impact exercises if back pain or knee pain in a problem. LiveFit trainers will also help you increase core strength, that usually will help prevent low back pain during exercise.
